Dr Beata Carroll

Hi, I’m Beata.

I’m an Irish-trained doctor, originally from Dublin, and graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2020. After finishing my studies, I moved to Australia, where I spent two years working across a range of specialties including Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry and General Medicine.

After a trip to New Zealand, I found myself drawn even further from home and decided to make the move to Aotearoa with my partner. I started GP training in 2025 and have enjoyed the variety that it brings, along with the opportunity to support patients with their health goals over time.
I have a special interest in women’s and sexual health from my time working in hospital, and I plan to pursue a diploma in skin cancer this year.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, baking, and attempting to surf.
