Dr Mariam Gu

​​​I grew up in China and trained as an Obstetrics and Gynaecology doctor  before moving to New Zealand 29 years ago. After working as an LMC Midwife for six years, I transitioned to General Practitioner in 2017.

​

I value the continuity of care and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with my patients and their families. My passion lies in empowering patients and promoting holistic health, with a particular interest in Women's Health.

​

Outside work, I am a proud mother of four adult children. I love spending time at the beach, exploring the mountains, and travelling. Our family recently relocated from Hamilton to Christchurch, and I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community.

Availability - Mondays and Fridays  ​9am -5pm

玛利亚·顾医生

 

我出生于中国湖南，毕业于中山医科大学，曾在中山医科大学附属第一医院担任妇产科医生， 于1996年移民新西兰。在担任了6年独立助产士后，于2017年成为全科医生。

 

我非常重视给予患者持续性的医疗照护，并珍惜与患者及其家庭建立长期关系的机会。我热衷于帮助患者获得健康知识、促进身心灵整体健康，尤其对女性健康领域有浓厚兴趣。

工作之余，我是一位四位成年子女的母亲。我喜欢海边散步、探索山林以及旅行。我和家人最近从汉密尔顿搬迁至基督城，我非常高兴能够成为这个美好社区的一员。
